That Spring Feeling
Just around the corner.
There may still be a few weeks of Colorado winter ahead, but that hasn’t stopped me from getting excited for spring. New beginnings, fresh energy, longer days…there’s just something about the budding plants and return to life (and dining!) outdoors that makes this transitional time of year feel particularly exciting.
At the café, I’m looking forward to warm weather flavors, from lavender lemonade and jasmine iced tea, to strawberry basil and chamomile lavender shortbread. We’re also excited to expand the seating on our outdoor patio, while still growing fragrant herbs and edible flowers for seasonal baking. You’ll also see several new products on our shelves, as we partner with more of our favorite lifestyle brands and artisanal home goods.
In the meantime, we’re still keeping things cozy with hot drinks, handcrafted treats and all the candles, all the time. (For a look at two of our favorite candle brands, keep scrolling!)

MEET “SCOTTI”
Our Flavor of the Month
Perfect for pairing with your coffee or tea, this biscotti-inspired shortbread features notes of brown sugar, butter and baking spices. She’s new this month—and will be gone by the time the crocuses bloom—so come take her for a dip!
SÜTI SUPPER CLUB
Coming Soon!
After previewing a test-run of our supper club with friends and family, we’ve received countless questions about when we’ll be announcing further dates. We can now confirm that the Supper Club will be hosted after hours on our outdoor patio, starting in May 2023 (and running through the summer). Keep your eyes on the newsletter and our Instagram for more details!
Shop Our Style
CALYAN WAX CO.
These soy candles are a favorite in our shop, not only for their delicately layered scents, but also because this family-owned company donates a percentage of proceeds to fight human trafficking.
GRAYPANTS WICK
This rechargeable, environmentally-friendly candle is the perfect blend of simplicity and old world style. I use it everyday, and I love that my daughter—who is sensitive to scent—can enjoy the ambiance it creates as well.
